Age groups prizes for Trim runners

The hills of Brendan Meades farm at Greenanstown near Stamullen provided the runners with plenty of challenging inclines and speedy descents at the 25th renewal of the Star of the Sea AC cross country races.

Two of our members got among the prizes with Pat Comey second in the M60 grade and Ann Tobin second in the W50 grade.

The Trim mens masters team of Pat, Declan Swords, Martin Brogan, Brian Cully, Ciaran Tobin and John Rowe got in a bit of a reccee on the venue for next months county masters championships. Carrie Brogan finished 3rd W50.

Thanks and well done to Star of the Sea on another excellent promotion.
