Trim AC operates a meet and train group under the AAI fit4life programme.
The group will now meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm opposite Trim Garda Station.

· Members are expected to attend certain competitions when requested by coaches & to comply with the rules of competition.
· Juvenile Members are requested to inform the club in the event of prolonged absence (more that 2 weeks), otherwise the member may have to forfeit their place in the club and join a waiting list.

Star of David
David Tobin received his Leinster Star award at the Leinster Athletics presentation dinner in the Seven Oaks Hotel, Carlow on Sat. 8 Jan. Well done and good luck in the new season.
Date set for senior xc and kids xc relays
Meath senior cross country championships have been re fixed for Sunday 6
March. Bohermeen AC will be the host club at the event which will be staged
at Ardbraccan. The county juvenile xc relays will also be down for decision
on the day in under 10/12/14/16 categories.

The Leinster Star Awards will be held in the Seven Oaks Hotel, Carlow on Saturday the 8th of January 2011.
Please note the dinner commences at 8pm.
