AC has a strong and vibrant meet and train group. we convene opposite
the Garda Station every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm There is a
place in our training groups for joggers and runners of all
abilities. Our annual membership is a recession busting value for
money €40. You will benefit from training for your running and
fitness targets in a group environment. All our coaches at senior and
juvenile level have Athletics Ireland coaching qualifications and are
volunteers
