First run in 2001, the Aran Islands half marathon has grown year on year with Temple Street Children’s Hospital once again the main beneficiary of the fundraising.
Every year for the past ten Brian Cully has set aside the same weekend in April for the Aran Islands half marathon.Two years ago he completed a series of island runs including races on Inishboffin, Achill and Rathlin. Last Saturday Brian finished sixth overall with a time of 1h46m. Well done Brian on your fine record in performance and fundraising.
