Rathowen 5km
Sean Sheehy finished second in the M55 grade and Don Mahon was second in the M40 grade at the Rathowen 5km promoted by Mullingar Harriers on Weds. 3 August. Dermot Leonard knocked 8 seconds off his previous best time over 5km. Other members of the Trim team taking part were Enda Markey 3rd M40 and John Canning.
