Well done to all 23 Juvenile athletes who competed in Day 1 Meath Cross Country Championships in Ballinacre, Oldcastle last Sunday. The  club was represented by boys and girls in the U10, U12 , U14 and U18 categories.  It was great to see so many turned out in club colours.  Thanks to all the parents for bringing them along.
Our  athletes who finished  inside the top 12 were Andrea Hiney 8th and Caoimhe Rowe 9th in the Girls U12, Hannah Gilligan 9th in the Girls U14, David O'Neill 11th in the Boys U14 and Conor Daniel 6th in the U18 category.
Congratulations to the U12 girls who finished 3rd best team overall, winning bronze medals and the U14 girls who finished 2nd best team winning silver medals. Looking forward to another great turnout for Day 2 of the Meath Championships in Dunboyne next Sunday.
